About
I’m Dr. Karin Eines, a resilience expert, mental coach, CBT therapist, and international speaker specializing in personal and organizational growth. After years in the financial world, I chose to leave a secure career path and dedicate my life to helping people and organizations navigate change, build resilience, and live with courage.
Over the years, I have led social initiatives and women’s communities in Israel and around the world, including serving as the former CEO of Mamanet International. My work combines leadership experience, academic research, and a deeply personal journey of challenge, recovery, growth, and transformation.
I bring together mental resilience, emotional wellbeing, leadership, and practical tools from the worlds of CBT and mental coaching, with the belief that even through uncertainty, fear, and crisis, meaningful growth is possible.
